1. Helpers House of Couture: International style icon and philanthropist, Joy Bianchi, turned her love of fashion and good deeds into this 9-room, 100% charity-driven boutique. It features everything from couture to brand-new, an entire men's room, a jewelry room, and one room where everything is under $100. Not to mention, it was named one of the 10 best fashion stores in Vogue's Best Dressed special edition last year. Prices range from $10-$10,000.

Last week's rumors have been confirmed—Alber Elbaz will, in fact, bring Lanvin to H&M as the next big designer collaboration for the Swedish fashion giant. The collection, conceived by Elbaz and Lanvin menswear designer Lucas Ossendrijver, will be revealed on H&M's website via a short film on November 2. The line—which spans clothing, jewelry, accessories, shoes and more—will hit 200 stores on November 23. Clear your calendar and start planning your wait-in-line strategy now.
