Barneys New York Offers Exclusive Loomstate "Endangered" Collection

Who would say no to looking good for a good cause? Certainly not the good people at Loomstate and Barneys New York, because they're giving you the opportunity to do your part by dressing well.

The "Loomstate Endangered Program" aims to create awareness and education around all endangered species and habitats by taking an innovative approach toward solutions. Animal prints are hot on the runway, but Loomstate's use of the patterns isn't just chic; it's a wake-up call. Each item will be dedicated to a specific animal's marking, habitat and related threats, and buyers will have the opportunity to learn more about the animals, courtesy of a "call to action" label sewn into each garment.

Our Favorite SF Shops for Summer Frocks

Since summer has decided to visit San Francisco for the week, there's no better time to get out and enjoy the sunshine and few better ways to do that than with a little shopping. We put on our walking heels today and hit the sidewalk to track down the best airy sundresses the city has to offer. And since most of us are stuck in front of a computer all day, we made sure they also have websites.

1. See by Chloé Daisy Rosette Dress at Azalea, $402.50:

We've been lusting after this vibrant floral number since first laying eyes on it and though it's still a bit pricey on sale, we think it makes an eye-catching investment piece.

Green Fashion 'Pops Up' in the East Bay

Occasionally our mind veers away from interior design and wanders into the world of fashion - a trip usually much needed by our wardrobe and much lamented by our pocket book. This time we credit Domain contributor Zem Joaquin with our foray into the fashion trenches. Her green lifestyle website ecofabulous is hosting a pop-up shop featuring eco-chic clothing lines Rogan and Loomstate that'll take place inside Oakland boutique August. Tonight is the opening party, so stop by from 6 to 10 for some good music and all the green fashion your heart desires.
