At a time when over-the-top fashion seems silly, and luxury feels so right, investment pieces are the way to go. And while the new Target in Emeryville will soon be housing luxury-meets-mainstream Missoni for Target, in the same neighborhood a true luxury brand is in the making: Basil Racuk.
On Saturday the Embarcadero-side Infinity Tower II will be open for all potential buyers to see, with a move-ins scheduled for Spring. The second tower has similar floorplans to the first, but the developers say the second tower has nicer interior finishes. Finishes like quartzite countertops, brushed stainless steel plumbing fixtures, limestone flooring (in the bathroom), Kohler bathroom fixtures, Studio Becker cabinets and Bosch appliances. Each unit has jaw-dropping and completely unobstructed views of the bay, which is one of the many reasons San Francisco is buzzing about the latest tower. The floorplans are unique in that 4 out of 6 of them have the curved walls of the building, a factor that has many buyers flocking to the towers sales office to put down a down payment. Anot
