This weekend's Outside Lands lineup has suffered mixed reviews, many bemoaning the lack of standout headliners. Um, obviously they didn't take a look at the list of food vendors. Perhaps it's too soon to announce a full-scale trend, but having recently seen horchata-flavored desserts at three different spots in San Francisco I figured a bit of acknowledgement is in order.
