Concert at 35,000 Feet Kicks Off Napa's Live in the Vineyard Weekend

Last weekend, Live in the Vineyard (LitV) kicked off at 35,000 feet with a surprise concert by Green River Ordinance on a Southwest flight from Burbank to Oakland. Never mind the other music industry big-shots like Michelle Branch, Daughtry, O.A.R., SafetySuit, Martin Harley Band, Christina Perri, and Javier Colon seated on the plane or hanging out and playing in Napa over the weekend.

One Day Only: Live Nation Offers $25 Show Tickets

Concert fans are not taking these tough times sitting down—music lovers everywhere have been voicing their concerns over hefty show prices and fees in hopes of stirring up some deals. This time around, being loud has paid off. Live Nation, one of the world's largest ticket brokering services, just issued a great one-day-only offer: $24.99, no additional fees, for lawn tickets to some of this season's biggest performances.
