This June 9th and 10th, visit the Galleria and Showplace buildings at the San Francisco Design Center to shop the Bay Area’s most extensive and luxurious collection of one-of-a kind home furnishings at remarkable discounts. The sample sale is the ideal opportunity to see the latest trends and products in home furnishings.
Shop hundreds of high-end items at up to 70% off. Perry’s at the Design Center and Caffe Pazzo at the Showplace will be open for grab-and-go breakfasts, delicious lunches, beverages and light bites.
Two sales in one? This could be trouble. If you haven't been over to the Design Center in a while, this weekend would be the time to show a little love (and find a few major deals in the process). Starting Saturday at 9AM, showrooms throughout the building will be participating in a major sample sale with furnishings at up to 70% off the retail price. Proceeds from the $10 ticket charge will benefit SF State's Interior Design program and with admission you'll get a coupon for 10% off one item, so go ahead and shop like a designer. Because paying full retail price is oh-so-passé...
Ladita: We’re sad to report that this Bernal Heights eco-boutique is closing its doors in less than two weeks. Until then, the shop is having a close-out sale that promises eco-friendly apparel, accessories and gifts for women and babies for up to 70 percent off.
Elizabeth Charles: A summer sale is on at this Pacific Heights destination for Australian designers, as well as in the boutique’s online store. Women’s apparel from designers such as Ginger and Smart and Megan Park are going for hundreds off regular prices.
Sadly, we were not able to make it to Milan's Design Week this year... or any year, for that matter. In fact, the last time we were in the glamorous city was during a study abroad course in college with a decidedly unglamorous itinerary, indeed. Had we the chance to peer into the myriad design studios and galleries of Milan, we imagine they'd look a lot like DZINE's San Francisco showroom - giant, concrete, and stocked with all sorts of beautiful creations from the best European lines.
This weekend is all about classic silhouettes, solid foundations and exploring the fashions of the past.
