San Francisco Street Food Festival

A Handy Road Map To The San Francisco Street Food Festival

The fourth annual San Francisco Street Food Festival sponsored by La Cocina has over 70 food vendors in a holding pattern about to divebomb six blocks of the Mission this Saturday. This year, there is also a ticketed Night Market fundraiser on Friday night at Alemany Market (with heat lamps), and a host of food entrepreneurship related panels on Sunday. Whether you're a dabbling street food enthusiast or an industry die-hard, there's a perfect bite waiting to be had. Here are a few pointers to help navigate the weekend's street food madness so you can get the most out of it.

Food Festival Bonanza! Scoping This Weekend's Eat Real Festival in Oakland

Recovered from last weekend's Street Food Festival yet? Well, we hope you ate enough 'Zilla dogs and Korean tacos to tide you over until this weekend's Eat Real Festival in Oakland, another bonafide food festival bonanza.

The Bay Bridged's Rock Make Street Festival Takes Over 18th & Treat Street This Sunday

This weekend is gonna be action packed. After eating yourself silly at the SF Street Food Festival, head to the 3rd Annual Rock Make Street Festival for a good time before getting back to the grind. From 11 am-6 pm at Treat Street and 18th, the Bay Bridged's bigger-than-ever street fest is an all-ages bonanza with food, over 100 arts and crafts vendors, and three stages live music. There will also be a beer garden for those over 21.
