Street Style Report: A Steven Alan Store Manager Reveals Her Personal Style on Fillmore St.

The super adorable beanie-clad gal above would be Lindsey Hanka, the shop manager of Steven Alan on Fillmore St.

Born in SF and raised in NoPa, Lindsey went to school in Chicago and fell in love in Minneapolis before returning to our fine city by the Bay (with her hubby) three years ago. She now calls the TenderNob home, happily wears Steven Alan daily, and roams the city in flats.

Street Style Report: A Barneys Stylist Shows Us Four Fall Looks, in the Tenderloin

We asked one of our favorite Barneys sales/style gurus, Alan "Al Bizzy" Maramag, to show us a little preview of what he'll be rocking this fall.

Street Style Report: Two Cute Festival Looks, in Lower Pac Heights

We spotted friends, Afton Love (left) and Anna Lee Kerlin (right), with adorable smiles, lovely layers and eye-catching prints.  Afton (wicked cool name!), lives in the hip Temescal district of Oakland, and works in SF, as the manager of the luxe Fillmore Street boutique, Erica Tanov. Anna Lee lives in Daly City and uses fashion as a means of self expression. "I change my clothes sometimes 20 times a day," said Anna Lee. "I don't even explain it to people anymore."

Street Style Report: A Newlywed Couple in Relaxed Layers, on Fillmore St.

Last weekend, we spotted newlyweds, Fidel Lirio (left) and Stephen Candelino (right), dressed down (but still looking fab) after directing a photo shoot on Fillmore St.  Fidel works as a creative director for Dockers, and Stephen is a wardrobe stylist who works with Levi's, Gap, Uniqlo and Ralph Lauren.

The dapper duo got married last June in NYC, with a small and slightly impromptu ceremony in the lobby of the Bowery Hotel. "We wanted to get married -- not have a wedding," said Fidel. "We celebrated our relationship on our terms, in the very spot (exact sofa to boot!) where we shared our first cocktail."

Street Style Report: A High-low Top + Geometric Bag, at SFMOMA

With a constant flow of posh tourists and art-savvy locals, SFMOMA is always a hot spot for great fashion in San Francisco. Last weekend, while checking out the new, kitschy-cool Cindy Sherman exhibit, local girl, Kristin Evans caught our eye. Kristin's job is as hardcore as her sense of style -- she works as a probation officer in Sacramento, and plays in SF on the weekends.

Street Style Report: Four Looks from Vendors at the Renegade Craft Fair

Last weekend, we swung by Fort Mason (along with half the Bay Area!) for the Renegade Craft Fair. The fair started nearly 10 years ago in Chicago, and now hits six cities a year with a caravan of craftsmen, women, and artists of all sorts.

Among the sea of DIYers, we spotted four California class acts – a Santa Cruz dressmaker, two local tea guys, and a jewelry maker from LA – with fabulous threads to match their awesome merch.

Street Style Report: Cary of Cary Lane Shows Us Two SF Summer Looks, in Hayes Valley

This week, super legit drummer and local boutique owner, Cary LaScala, showed us two looks featuring his made-in-SF, private label mens shirting and bow-tie lineWe caught up with him at his boutique, Cary Lane, after he wrapped up a drumming session for Blondie, with Jeff Saltzman (who produced "Hot Fuss" by The Killers and "Dying to Say This to You" by The Sounds) -- no big deal.

Street Style Report: Two Looks from ACRE/SF, in North Beach

Street Style Report: Two Looks from ACRE/SF, in North Beach

After wandering North Beach for a bit of street style inspiration, my photography intern, Kim, and I came up a bit dry. We figured trekking up to ACRE/SF would be our safest bet and, there, we found then ACRE/SF and now Unionmade employee, Brian McDonough, sitting pretty behind the counter. With his model-like good looks, we figured we'd ask him to model a few looks for us from the current collection, and he agreed to. (It turns out Brian logs snapshots of his style and life on his blog, 1st Amendment.) Here's what came from this very fun, impromptu photoshoot at ACRE/SF.

Street Style Report: A Super Cute SF Toddler Shows Us Three Looks, in Presidio Heights

As promised, here's Brixton Plock, the super amazing two-year-old son of local artists, Kelly Tunstall and Ferris Plock. When we were shooting Kelly's Street Style photos, this little guy was running around with Hulk hands, watering plants outside, and watching his favorite movie, My Neighbor Totoro. He was too darn cute to not photograph, so we had him dress up for a Street Style shoot of his own.
