De La Paz cappuccinos, baked goods, paninis and high ceilings.

In 10 years’ time, even the  sketchiest corners of the Mission District will play host to some slick bar or gourmet pizza joint. By then, Stable Cafe will be an old-timer, one of the first businesses to set up shop on the lonely stretch of Folsom between 17th and 18th streets. More than just a cafe, Stable is a sign of things to come.
