It's fall and Alonzo King is in the air. His LINES Ballet is back for its home season and they're featuring a world premiere with original music by visionary jazz pianist Jason Moran. Snag tickets to opening weekend and you'll see the New York musician performing live with King's world-class dance troupe. Always pushing the envelope, expect a combination of contemporary dance and avant-garde composition.

Alonzo King's LINES Ballet presents Signs and Wonders, which King first choreographed for Dance Theatre of Harlem in 1995. Set to indigenous African music, it features nine superb LINES dancers, including Ricardo Zayas, recently named by Dance Magazine as one of the top 25 dancers in the world to watch, and Caroline Rocher, one of our very own Hot 20 Under 40 from last year. On April 22-23, balletomanes have the chance to chat with King and dancers post-performance.
