It's Passover time, and if the thought of the family seder makes you cringe, play sick and head over to Delfina instead. The daily changing menu will offer special dishes inspired by the holiday such as brisket, carciofi alla giudea, poached bass with gelatina and walnut sauce, risi bisi, Passover ribollita, an edible seder plate and matzoh ball soup made in the Stoll family tradition.
For those of us who don't celebrate Passover, Delfina will celebrate Easter on Sunday, April 12th with spring lamb, local spring vegetables, stracciatella and more.
