<p>Chocolate + Wine = Antioxidant Rich Skin.  It's time for the most decadent of classes thus far! Using several different products made from grapes such as Organic Grape Seed Oil and Sangiovese Red Wine as well as a few forms of chocolate like Dark Fair-Trade and Raw Cocoa Butter, we will hand craft some amazing treats for your skin. Red Wine is full of antioxidants and contains a group of compounds that some plants (grapes) use to defend themselves against attacks such as untimely stress, possible injuries, or UV irritation and certain diseases such as fungus and infection.

When I embarked upon a green remodel of my home in 2006, the kitchen took center stage. I employed such energy-saving technologies as LED lighting, Energy Star appliances and a simple fan to replace the defunct AC. To save water, I installed a high-efficiency dishwasher, a foot pedal for the faucet and an on-demand water heater. I especially love our whole-house water filter, which has helped the entire family eliminate plastic bottles.
