Al Fresco Appetite
The last dinner in the CUESA Moveable Feast series is a collaboration between chefs Chris Cosentino (Incanto) and Paul Arenstam (Americano) and Joel Schirmer of Dirty Girl Produce—the multicourse summer menu, which will include spit-roasted porchetti, will be served on Americano’s patio on August 5. To cost is $80 ($100 with wine pairings) and tickets can be purchased here.
Get Spruced Up
Spruce is celebrating its second anniversary on Sunday, August 2, and chef Mark Sullivan and the rest of the crew have created a special three-course menu for the occasion—each course is comprised of dishes prepared two ways: heirloom tomatoes, guinea hen and stone fruits will be the showcased ingredients.
