A member of the city’s inner circle of butchers, David Budworth (of Marina Meats and Avedano’s) is going to sharing his secrets at the Evening of Butchery and Belgian Beer at La Trappe in North Beach. Tickets are $120 and include a menu of Belgian, Italian, and American appetizers and beef dishes paired with Belgian beer. The fun starts at 3 p.m. 800 Greenwich St.
