THREAD Brings Emerging, Indie & Eco-Friendly Designers Together To Revamp Your Wardrobe For Spring

By

Now that the sun's out and you've mercilessly ravaged your closet for spring cleaning, it's time to inject some warm-weather fashion into your wardrobe. There's no better way to do it than at the Thread Fashion Show, taking place at the Metreon this Sunday, April 10.

It's an epic gathering of the city's indie, emerging and eco-friendly designers hawking their handmade goods alongside a clothing swap for you to trade your old digs in for "new to you" clothes and kicks. But Thread isn't all about the clothes: there will also be a crafting section for you to get your DIY on, giveaways at the DJ booth, manicure and makeover opportunities at the on-site nail salon and Style Lounge, an art gallery stuffed with local artists, and cocktails for the drinking and snacks to be had. Check out the full gamut of fashion-centric activities here (guys, there's also an entire section dedicated to you called the Thread Man-Cave!).

RSVP here, which gets you in for $5 instead of the usual $10. All the fun starts at 11 am and goes until 6 pm, so make a day out of it!
