15th Annual Bay Area Bead Extravaganza

The Oakland Marriott Center is hosting the largest bead jewelry fair on the West Coast. Over 130 booths of  nationally recognized jewelry makers, artisans, and collectors will be in the area promoting their expertise and offering free demonstrations to arts and crafts fanatics. Goapele

Yoshi's Jazz Club presents the Bay Area's own Goapele on Sunday evening. The gifted R&B songstress will grace the stage and perform some of her greatest hits that combine soul, jazz, poetry and hip-hop. Once called the "spiritual love child of Sade and D'Angelo" by Rolling Stone Magazine, Goapele's bound to show her fans a good time in her native town.
