Today's Bike to School Day Proves There’s Nothing Cuter Than Kids on Bikes

If you don’t have kids, you might not know that today is Bike to School Day in San Francisco. Earlier today, hundreds of kids across the city pedaled their way to class. The inclement weather didn’t seem to slow them down (SF kids are tough like that!). If you have a kiddo and missed the event today, no worries, there are still plenty of opportunities to get you and your little one pedaling:



Check out the Family Biking Guide that the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition launched today. The free downloadable book offers advice on all stages of family biking and tips for teaching your tot to ride on her own.


Take Your Kiddo to Sunday Streets—San Francisco’s block party returns this weekend on the Great Highway. As always, there will be a “Freedom From Training Wheels” class to help your little one learn to ride.
