In celebration of Oktoberfest, the culinary team at Jasper’s Corner Tap & Kitchen has created a special Oktoberfest tasting plate: Jasper’s signature spicy beer sausage with house made spicy mustard, a whisky fennel sausage with a whole grain honey mustard, and a warm soft pretzel with smoked cheese fondue.
The portrait has been reinvented for the new exhibit at the Eli Ridgway Gallery. “Mutables” is a collection of imaginative revisions to the traditional artistic field of portraiture. The series of photographs employs various elements of disguise, such as costume and other deceptive elements, to present modern ambiguous interpretations of the subjects’ subconscious and features images from Diane Arbus, Cindy Sherman, and Ralph Eugene Meatyard.
When: Exhibit runs through 10/27
Where: Eli Ridgway, 172 Minna St.
