Now that we’re all recovering from an extended post-Halloween hangover (from candy, that is), there’s no better way to burn off those excess calories than by tearing up the dancefloor at any of the following parties.

This edition of the Party Blotter features several milestones: the one-year anniversary of a techno party, the first iteration of a new house music night, and the final iteration of Honey Soundsystem’s Sunday night weekly.
It becomes immediately clear upon first listen that Inhalt is not your typical synthpop band. The trio, comprised of Bryan Gibbs, Matia Simovich, and Philip Winiger, have only released one 12” and two EPs, but that small discography belies an enormous amount of talent.

As we enter the second half of August, many partygoers and party throwers in San Francisco are readying themselves for Burning Man.
