Reason to Party—Northern California's all-volunteer non-profit dedicated to engaging a new philanthropic generation—presented their elegant, annual holiday event, this year partnering with 7x7, dot429 and fashion icon Carmen Marc Valvo to host “Never Too Young," a party at the Grand Hyatt to benefit the Colon Cancer Alliance.
Last week, North Beach blossomed into a sultry North Pole for Ragemas, a party thrown by and for Bay Area young professionals—drawing guests from Google, Facebook, Twitter and other high-profile tech giants—that has quickly become one of the season's most exciting parties. This year's event was highlighted with a DJ set from Jeffrey Paradise of Poolside.
The San Francisco Chapter of the Links—one of the city's oldest and pre-eminient organizations with over six decades of service to the community—held a wonderful benefit concert at the luminous SFJAZZ Center, where the artistry of jazz blended with healing rhythms to create an intergenerational experience that touched the heart, soul, and spirit.
7x7 proudly welcomed friends from San Francisco's nightlife industry to a secret location for a private event: one last time to convene before the city's holiday madness went into full gear. It can now be revealed that sponsor Hornitos® Tequila transformed beloved club Mezzanine into a wonderland of sights, sounds—and most importantly, shots—for the city's hard-working bar folk.
