SF Sketchfest 2013 Brought the House(s) Down

From January 24th through February 10th, a bevy of delightfully demented comedic minds stormed the city with a stunning lineup of talent.

7x7's Ultra-Premium Bourbon Series at Reed & Greenough

On January 31st, 7x7 proudly launched a new series of tasting events showcasing the subtleties and strengths of small batch bourbons, at the Marina's refined upscale lounge.

Connoisseurs joined the curious at stations outfitted with a variety of ultra-premium bourbons—including Knob Creek, Basil Hayden’s, Booker’s, and Baker’s—for their inspection and inquisition. Guests were then offered deeply discounted cocktails using any of the bourbons in classic cocktails like Manhattans and sours.

The Brixton's Second Anniversary

On January 29th, the gorgeously designed English tavern with hard rock edges celebrated two years at their Cow Hollow location. Owners Hugo Gamboa, Adam Snyder, and Andy Wasserman provided a four-hour open bar of their famously well-made cocktails, smart beer list, and delicious wines to an eager crowd of regulars and newcomers, who grooved to a soundscape of classic Brit rock hits.

Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl This Saturday: Navy vs. Arizona State

One of San Francisco's favorite holiday traditions—also known as "the Bowl to fill all bowls"—returns this Saturday (Dec. 29th) to AT&T Park! This year, the event will find the Arizona State Sun Devils and the Navy Midshipmen battling on the field, while spectators help local organizations battle hunger in the Bay Area just by buying a ticket!

Kendall-Jackson Launches "Goes Well With Friends" Campaign

One of the nation's largest family-owned and operated wineries, Kendall-Jackson, kicked off the holiday season in San Francisco, where they brought together key K-J players to introduce their newest marketing campaign, Goes Well With Friends. The campaign is all about shifting the wine conversation—from traditional "wine speak" to one that incorporates the way we talk and think about wine today—from a social and digital perspective.

On December 11, 7x7 and Pacific Gas & Electric proudly honored the finalists of this year's search for San Francisco's Favorite Charities in the lovely Crown Room atop the Fairmont Hotel.

Symphonix Fall 2012 Membership Event

On November 28, Symphonix hosted their fall membership event at the newly opened Alibi Restaurant and Lounge in SOMA. Guests in cocktail and business attire braved the rain to show their support and kick-off the 2012-2013 season. The event was complimentary for Symphonix members, while non-members had the opportunity to join and be part of the San Francisco Symphony’s young professional league.

Azadeh Couture Supports the American Red Cross Bay Area Chapter

On November 19, Azadeh Couture staged a lovely, private reception and shopping event benefiting the American Red Cross Bay Area and the victims of Superstorm Sandy. The evening also brought awareness to the nonprofit organization's Hope by Design Gala, coming up on April 6.

On November 10, one of the San Francisco's hottest socially-conscious young philanthropic groups, Reason to Party, staged an eye-popping, booty-shaking event in the city's SoMa District in support of The Trevor Project.

On November 16, the adorable Heroine boutique for ladies, moms and babies celebrated a milestone event in Noe Valley with a cozy reception and generous discounts.

Guests found luxurious modern and vintage-inspired pieces in the Victorian boutique at 15% to 40% off while enjoying complimentary wine and sweets. Every month, Heroine donates a portion of their profits to a worthy charity—November's beneficiary is the Red Cross, supporting victims of Hurricane Sandy.
