One Happily Ever After a Decade in the Making
After ten years apart, Tony and Dara reconnected and sealed the deal with a couple of rings. This picture-perfect Santa Rosa setting made for some spectacular pictures. Here's what the bride had to say about the whole thing:
"Tony and I met in high school. He was the first man I ever loved, the first man my parents ever loved. We had a bond like no other, until college... which separated us for years. Luckily, our parents knew better and kept hope alive. We invited Tony to my parents' 60th birthday party, and after almost 10 years of no contact, once we saw each other again, it was done. We were engaged a year later! Our wedding, like us, was nothing short of 'perfectly meant to be.' We had planned to wed in Jamaica, but after family consideration we decided to stay local; this is when we found DeLoach Vineyards, and boy, are we glad. It was perfectly us–so beautiful and classic, with the right amount of rustic thrown in. We had hardwood floors, chandeliers and sheep! All within a 100 yard radius. Just amazing.
Our guests had the option of staring out at the vineyards, taunting the chickens and sheep or playing bocce on the lawn. Although we did not have children at our wedding, I am sure they would all have been well entertained. I cannot praise the DeLoach staff, as well as all my vendors, enough. If I had to do my wedding all over again I would change NOTHING. 'Magical, magical, magical' were the words repeated by all of our guests. A big thank you to everyone."
