Classmates, Giants fans, and now newlyweds David and Lisa give us a peek into their wedding full of local love.
David and Lisa recently married at the Four Seasons hotel in San Francisco. As graduates of both Lowell High School and UC Berkeley, the couple couldn't imagine tying the knot anywhere other than the Bay Area. They used a local baker, floral designer, and even had custom Giants jerseys made for the wedding party, with the date of the wedding inscribed onto each one.
The groom's 29th birthday happened to fall on the same day, so in addition to the wedding cake, a surprise birthday cake was rolled out along with a grand piano. Everyone sang along as Lisa played "Can You Feel the Love Tonight" on the piano in her wedding dress.
David works in institutional equities with Citigroup, and Lisa is a 3rd year Internal Medicine Resident at CPMC in San Francisco. The couple live, breathe, and cherish this city.
