Sue and Mark's festive wedding at Hakone Estate and Gardens was filled with stately maple trees, gorgeous flowers, and lots of colorful parasols.
The groom got dressed with help from his young son, who put on his dad's quirky new Superman cufflinks. Meanwhile, the bride, stunning in the same Vera Wang design worn by one-time tween sensation Hilary Duff, took pictures with her best friends and bridesmaids, who posed with personalized parasols.
The couple exchanged rings and vows beneath whimsical paper lanterns strewn throughout the venue. Then, Sue set up a candy bar filled with gummies and custom-printed M&M's, which were an instant hit with guests both young and old. Instead of a cake, the newlyweds had a tiered collection of hand-made cupcakes topped with their caricatures. Guests ended the night by dancing their hearts out, in flip-flops thoughtfully provided by the bride and groom.
