A Simple Yet Significant Fort Mason Wedding

Erin Brown and Matt Valerio got married at Fort Mason in San Francisco. The invites, designed by a good friend, included the Golden Gate Bridge and Empire State Building to signify where the couple met (San Francisco) and where they currently live (Manhattan). Before the ceremony, they left matching sunglasses on the seat of all attendees so everyone could take a group photo after the ceremony. The sunglasses had a tag with #ebroandbomo and all Instagram posts with the hashtag went to their wedding blog. Instead of bouquets, the bridesmaids carried different vintage clutch purses to hold their essentials, along with different dresses and shoes of their choice.

Taking Their Love to the Edge

MaryAnn Sullivan and Dave Wiegand celebrated their love with an intimate wedding at the historic Thunderbird Lodge along the water's edge at Lake Tahoe. Beautiful white flowers made up the bulk of the bouquet along with a few hints of blue here and there. White pillars framed the couple against a picturesque backdrop as they said their vows. They took time to explore the historic grounds as their photographer snapped plenty of pictures. Following the nuptials, the new couple joined family for a boat ride on the Thunderbird.

A Classic Sonoma Wedding With a Few Twists

Kelly and Victor's Sonoma wedding venue included an airplane hangar, a lake with swans, a vineyard, a river, and an adobe cowboy mansion. The bride personally designed a modern, sexy wedding dress with designer and friend, Cristina Robinson, from Yassan Designs. Kelly also hand spray-painted plastic toy animals to create the place card holders for the dinner guests.

A Sweet Beginning in Sebastopol

Surrounded by family and friends who love them, Bobbie and Ineca tied the knot at the Vine Hill House in Sebastopol. Everywhere guests looked there were lovely details, many of them made by the bride and groom. Flowers were in abundance from the delicate petals that were tossed following the vows to the gorgeous cake toppers that adorned the three wedding cakes. As the sun sank down behind the hills, lanterns lit the night and provided the perfect atmosphere for guests to hit the dance floor. A beautiful ceremony, delicious food, plenty of jokes, and dancing under the stars made for an unforgettable day.

Breathtaking Views and Show-Stopping Dance Moves

Erica Ortiz & Jeff Harris got hitched in the hills of Tahoe overlooking the glistening lake. The bride stole the show in a classic white gown surrounded by all of her best friends who wore deep shades of magenta. Spotted feathers complimented bright flowers on the bridesmaids' wrists and the groomsmen's boutonnières.

The wedding party couldn't help busting a move or two together as the reception began and the dancing only continued as the bride and groom shared their first dance. These breathtaking wedding photo views range from the sandy beach to the cabin-like country club. Tahoe offers some of the most diverse and beautiful backdrops for special occasions like this.

Tying the Knot Tahoe Style

Larissa and Trevor shared their love with friends and family at an amazing Lake Tahoe wedding at the Sugar Bowl Ski Resort overlooking Norden and Ice Lakes in Tahoe. Larissa planned her colors to be pink, orange, sage and grey, and it blended perfectly for her early Autumn wedding. Vintage and rustic details spread throughout the wedding with a chairlift ride up to the top of Disney Mountain for a glorious overview of Tahoe for their cocktail hour. Following dinner, Larissa and Trevor sang to each other as a special surprise for all their guests.

One of Our Own Ties the Knot in a Vintage Woodsy Wedding

California Home + Design's Online Editor, Owen Ray, wed his lovely wife, Caitlin, at Stern Grove Trocadero Clubhouse in San Francisco. Pardon our bias as CHD's sister company (aka Owen's co-workers), but we can't help getting lost in these wedding photos and falling back in time for a moment.

Tying the Knot and Smiling A Lot at The Ritz-Carlton San Francisco

As the bride prepared for her big day, Otis Redding's "Sittin' On the Dock of the Bay" played in the background–a very fitting tribute to our beautiful City by the Bay, which was the location for Robia and Dave Crisp's fun-filled wedding ceremony.

A Once-in-a-Lifetime Wedding in the Maritime Room at the Argonaut Hotel

Gabrielle Medina and Sophana Tann's story started when they were little kids. The Medina family moved into the Tanns' building, and the two families became next-door neighbors. As a child, Sophana played with the Medina boys, and one day they invited Sophana into their house–that's when Gabrielle and he first met.

Initially, they were just friendly neighbors, but as time passed, Sophana started to develop true feelings for Gabrielle. He couldn't tell at the time if she felt the same way, but everyone joked that they would be together when they got older.

A Jaw-Dropping South Asian Wedding Glitters at SF's Palace Hotel

This spectacular South Asian wedding lasted three entire days starting with the traditional Sangeet on Friday. Every last detail from the sparkling jewels to the extravagantly painted henna tattoos on the bride's hands served a special purpose. The groom arrived atop a white horse, and later in a Buick Eighty Eight, as loved ones danced alongside.

What better way to celebrate this event fit for royalty than at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco? The couple could not have been more in love, making the event that much more fantastic. No words can describe this beautiful wedding, so let's just let the photos speak for themselves!
