If you're a fan of MTV's 'Made,' you'll revel in the new web reality series, White Collar Brawler, which is shot entirely in San Francisco and chronicles the journey of two local Gen Y-ers who quit their jobs to become amateur boxers. Nate Houghteling and Kai Hasson (both 26), live in the East Bay, are Ivy League grads, and jaded with 9-5 grind at News Corps and Current TV, decided to take life by the horns and get in the ring. It's all very Fight Club lite, but pretty entertaining, especially when they start talking some smack after realizing they'll have to fight each other. Episodes 1 and 2 came out last week (and enjoyed a pick-up by the New York Times' technology section) and new episodes are released every Tuesday and Friday.

It's reality TV, yes, but it's also REAL - a fact they drive home by encouraging San Francisco viewers to train alongside Nate and Kai. There's a calendar on their website saying where they'll be - so if you want to get your box on, get out and join them for some mid-day training sessions at K-ONE Fitness on Van Ness or for their 7:00 am beach runs.  The whole thing culminates in December, with the brawlers stepping into the ring for a fully-sanctioned fight against some local amateur boxers. The fight will be open to the public, but the location is under wraps for now. In the meantime, check out the show and start puffy painting those "Team Nate" or "Team Kai" t-shirts.
