It's time for the Cal Academy of Sciences' biggest party of the year, and you're invited! For this year's Big Bang Gala, they're getting the retro-soul crooner Mayer Hawthorne on stage to dazzle the audience and get you on the dance floor with a live DJ set. And that's not the only fantastic thing going down on April 18th at the museum after dark.
Poolside will whip out a live performance of their gorgeously sunfried disco jams, DJs will keep the grooves going in between sets, and you can enjoy drinks from multiple open bars, light eats, pizza from amazing mobile pizza slangers Del Popolo, and sweets amongst the live animals and all your friends. Best of all, it's all to supports critical conservation and sustainability programs at the Academy.
Want to attend? We're giving away two tickets to this night on the town that is sure to be one of the best parties of the spring. Just sign up for our newsletter below by Wednesday, April 17th, and we'll choose a winner at random. The winner will be given details via email. Or you can snag tickets to support the Academy here!
