Welcome to Ticket Tuesdays, your weekly chance to score entry to some of the hottest shows and events in the Bay Area.
One of the coolest activities you can do in the city is watch a movie accompanied by the live music of the San Francisco Symphony (anyone who went to their Halloween Hitchcock series will attest!)
Another chance is coming up on Friday 12/6 and Saturday 12/7 with a screening of the legendary Hollywood musical Singin' in the Rain. Starring Gene Kelly and Debbie Reynolds, the flick is the American Film Institute’s number one movie musical to ever grace the silver screen. The San Francisco Symphony accompanies the film live which seriously transforms a night at the movies into a dazzling night out, period.
Want to go? We've got a pair of tickets to give away to one lucky winner. All you have to do is sign up for our newsletter (below) by Friday 11/29 at 5 p.m. and we'll choose one lucky winner at random to experience this marvelous night out. The winner will be notified via email. (If you don't win, you can still buy tickets here.) Good Luck!
If it's not your lucky day, no worries, you can still light up your season this winter at the San Francisco Symphony. The stellar line up includes brilliant holiday favorites and diverse and dazzling classics such as internationally acclaimed jazz, R&B, and pop artist Natalie Cole, cross-cultural party band Ozomatli, the legendary Burt Bacharach, a jazzy little Christmas with New Orlean’s finest, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, and the beloved tradition of Handel’s Messiah including the famous Hallelujah chorus.
