Lucia and Chad celebrated their marriage on the vineyard property where Lucia grew up. High in the hills, overlooking the Napa Valley, and surrounded by lush gardens and vineyards, there was never a thought to have their wedding anywhere else.

Lucia is the grape grower for her family’s vineyard and Chad is a winemaker. Both are passionate about food, wine, travel, friends, and family. Lucia has a wonderfully creative and adventurous spirit and her style was apparent in all of the details from the day. Much of the event design was envisioned by Lucia and executed by friends and family.

Lucia's over-the-top gorgeous Maggie Sottero dress and the accents of mauve, pink, white, and gold created a wonderfully rich and soft palette. High temperatures earlier in the day created a beautifully balmy evening for dining on the patio and swing dancing under the stars.

This wedding had so much style and character without ever taking itself too seriously. Having the wedding at their home made everything more relaxed and personal–from the wonderful assortment of "found objects" scattered throughout the gardens to the lovable little dogs roaming freely around the party. The day was a true celebration of life, love, and family.
