What happens when bar star Kate Bolton and floral guru Natalie Bowen—both women at the top of their games—team up to create a powerfully delicious drink? A femme-forward cocktail with a garnish you can wear as a ring. "Summer in the City" is a violet-hued stunner made with stone fruit-infused gin, crème de violette, Cocchi Americano, and Riesling. A clover bud needled with wire serves as a garnish, and partial proceeds from the drink benefit Hamilton Family Center, which supports women and children on the brink of homelessness.
