We are not San Francisco–based interior designer Nicole Hollis. But if we were, we could die happy and go to heaven today knowing that Snoop Dogg smoked a doob with Martha Stewart in a space that we designed.

That's right, at Sunday night's Golden Globes, the InStyle elevator, kitted out by Hollis in glamorous Old Hollywood fashion, took home the award for the most epic photo booth ever when Martha satisfied the munchies of her tokin' pal Snoop—and photographer Douglas Friedman caught the action on camera.

"What a great compliment to see Martha Stewart and Snoop riding high on our elevator," said Hollis, who designed the space in collaboration with Los Angeles–based design firm Londubh Studio for InStyle and Warner Brothers' Globes afterparty.

Hollis, of course, is a favorite interior designer among Bay Area aesthetes who appreciate pared down style with a bit of moody edge. You've seen her work at SF's Buchanan Hotel, at Hall Wines in Napa, and Carmel Valley Ranch. (7x7 has also been known to stalk her via Instagram.)

The vibe was perfect throwback, with Yves Kline blue plaster panels trimmed in 24-karat gold; walnut panels inspired by Mies Van Der Rohe's mid-century modern design; a hand-painted and gold-leafed floor; and doors clad in fabulous gold wallpaper.

It was a fancy focal point just made for IG ops, and the stars played along.
