In this week's updates to your food-news radar, we have the shuttering of a ten-year-old Tenderloin lounge, the arrival of Urban Putt's cocktail menu, the opening of Jenn Biesty's much anticipated Oakland restaurant, and the opening of Causwells, a new neighborhood spot in the Marina.

First off, beloved booze spot Olive is calling it quits after 10 years on Larkin Street, due to a landlord dispute. It appears they may close as soon as this wekend. Sad. [Tablehopper, Eater]

Also on the closure list is Market & Rye, at least the West Portal location, which chef Ryan Scott first opened in 2012. He's decided to focus only on the second location, in Potrero, as well as the pub he'll be opening next door to it, called Mason. It'll be a casual neighborhood spot with pizza as the focus, since there's still a pizza oven in there from its days as Pizza Nostra. [Inside Scoop]

And speaking of local Top Chef alumni, Jennifer Biesty (formerly of Scala's) along with pastry chef partner Tim Nugent successfully raised $100,000 on Kickstarter for their first independent restaurant project, Shakewell Bar & Kitchen, which is now set to open the first week in July at 3407 Lakeshore Avenue in Oakland. The theme is Spanish-Mediterranean, and you can check out sample menus here.

Also, big news coming from the La Cocina team: This year's San Francisco Street Food Festival (August 16) may be the last, and it's at least going to be the final one to happen to Folsom Street in the Mission. The team says that the event has outgrown the neighborhood, and is perhaps more than they can manage as an 8-person non-profit, but 2015 plans remain in flux. 

Over in the Marina, Causwells is opening July 2 in the former Bechelli's space at 2346 Chestnut Street. The theme is "eclectic American cuisine with European influences," and they've got a former Flour + Water sous chef at the helm. And, finally, Urban Putt has secured their full liquor license, and the cocktail menu is now online. Just remember: You can't bring your drinks on the course, at least not for now. The adult sippy cups may still be to come. [Eater]
