Even though Giants season is several long months away, AT&T Park will swing back into action next month with the much-anticipated annual Hearts After Dark fundraiser. Every year, over 1,000 philanthropically-minded young professionals flock to the annual fete for an evening of cocktails, dancing, and general revelry, all in support of the San Francisco General Hospital Foundation.

This year's Hearts After Dark bash will feature a special DJ set by Mayer Hawthorne ("Her Favorite Song," "The Walk") and Magic Matt from Wild 94.9, an array of hors d’oeuvres, complimentary wine and cocktails, and much more. Baseball-loving attendees will also have the chance to show off their pitching skills on the mound and swing away in the Giants's own batting tunnels, while the less dexterous can lounge in the dugout and dance the night away on center field.

As if you need another reason to attend, proceeds from the evening support essential life-enhancing programs and initiatives at San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center, the heart of our city — from combating AIDS to improving elder care and infant health intiatives. Need we say more?
