Chef Jon Darsky and his crew cruise around the city serving Neopolitan-inspired pizza to the masses. The menu includes several mouth-watering choices including Margherita, Bianca (Fresh mozzarella, fresh ricotta, basil, garlic, extra virgin olive oil), Meat (Tomato, mozzarella, fennel sausage, Hungarian goathorn peppers), and Potato (Fresh mozzarella, French Fingerling potatoes, rosemary).
