Dinner Date
Smelt, razor clams, halibut, monkey faced eel—you never quite know what you're going to get when local sea forager Kirk Lombard comes back with a catch. Expect sea lore, singing, and a plate full of potentially weird delicacies when you sit down at the table. Beg and plead for an extra ticket to this not-to-be-missed event.

Hitchcock fans, mark your calendars. BAM/PFA and the SF Silent Film Festival present us with a series of silent films that Hitchcock made between 1925 and 1929, many of which are rare gems in the filmmaker's famous repertoire. The British Film Institute has recovered original material that had gone missing from available prints in one of the most ambitious restoration efforts ever undertaken. Rebelution, Matisyahu, and Zion I
