SFO Yoga Rooms

The Yoga Room at SFO offers a dark, quiet space to relax, meditate, and practice yoga before a flight.

The next time you're feeling a little off balance before your flight, tap into your zone to find some zen. SFO was the first airport in the world to open a yoga room, and now features two facilities, open 24 hours a day. Travelers can stop by either of the spaces, equipped with mats and pillows for guests, to relax, meditate, and practice yoga. // Two locations; post-security in Terminals 2 and 3, flysfo.com
