While indoor gyms and fitness studios are beginning to reopen their doors, very limited capacity and small class sizes mean that outdoor workouts are still our best bet for breaking a sweat outside our homes.
Keep in shape and support the Bay Area fitness community with outdoor bootcamp, boxing, yoga, spin, and reformer classes. Expect safety precautions and mask-wearing while you sweat—the physical release and bridge or ocean views will be worth it.
