Just in time for Halloween, Alfred Hitchcock’s Psycho brings those infamous twists and turns to the big screen at Davies Symphony Hall.
Hitchcock insisted that Bernard Herrmann write the score for Psycho. The resulting score slashes with vivid effect as it plunges into the darkest corners of the human psyche.
Christopher Palmer in The Composer in Hollywood said it's "perhaps Herrmann's most spectacular Hitchcock achievement."
