College sweethearts Michael and Erika met while working at Trader Joe's. Their beautiful, outdoor wedding was a celebration of two distinct cultures becoming one.
Orange made for a bright accent color for Erika and Michael's sunny nuptials in the San Jose hills. Erika looked gorgeous as she walked down the rose petal-lined aisle in a lace gown, preceded by the couple's adorable bulldog. At the reception, guests enjoyed stunning views of the South Bay while they feasted on tasty Mexican fare.
The newlyweds seamlessly fused their two cultures – Michael is African American and Erika is Mexican American – into one on their big day, incorporating traditions from both families at the wedding. In perfect fashion, the newlyweds jumped the broom while a mariachi band played.
