Beer Lands

This year, Beer Landswill host 32 breweries for a total of 64 Northern Californian craft beers and ciders. Curated by Dave McLean, owner of Magnolia Brewing Company and the Alembic, the beer garden brings six newcomers to this year's lineup, including Local Brewing Co. and Fieldwork Brewing Co. Sierra Nevada also returns to Hellman Hollow with their solar-powered Beer Camp Pub Beer and a special festival brew, the Outside Lands Saison. To help soak up the suds, Monk's Kettle will be serving handmade sausages and pretzel knots. 

Wine Lands

In an ornate tent with grapevine-inspired chandeliers, Wine Landswill be pouring more than 120 wines from 37 top regional winemakers. Curated by award-winning expert Peter Eastlake, Wine Lands is an opportunity to chat with winemakers about everything from grape harvesting to biodynamic practices to pairings. On the outdoor courtyard, post up at a picnic table or wine barrel and drink wine from the tap of 1920s vintage sink. New wineries this year include iconic Chateau Montelena and CrossBarn by Paul Hobbs, which is known for its commitment to sustainability. Your cash is no good here, so you'll want to set up a "Bison Bucks" account online before you go.

Gastromagic Cocktail Bars

Surrounding the Gastromagic stage, you'll find four distinctly themed cocktail bars from 15 Romolo, The Boxing Room, Nopa, and the Bon Vivants. While organizers are still keeping mum on the specifics, a few teasers promise mixology magic. Expect a cocktail hoax at the Uh Oh It's Magic Bar, serving the Homestead Manhattan and Teaches of Peaches, both made with Larceny bourbon; a "fizzy workout" at the Let's Get Fizz-ical Bar with drinks from Hendrick's Gin; a Mission Agave Bar featuring the Gilded Chile (Don Julio Blanco tequila, ancho reyes, gold/mole syrup, and angostura bitters); and finally, the Talk Like a Pirate Bar, where tropical cocktail treasures await.
