Oh, where to start. This week's Craigslist deal is a true beauty, from the luxuriously designed kitchen with professional stove, double-drawer dishwasher, and farmhouse-style sink, to the claw-foot tub and penny tile floor of the bathroom. Located at Sanchez and 25th Street, it's just two blocks from Noe's bustling 24th Street, where you'll find plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, a Whole Foods, and, of course, more strollers than you can shake a rattle at.
The one downside is that this place is a small studio. And while the styled photos might make it look the perfect size, they've conveniently left out one necessary piece of furniture: the bed. Handy if you're a vampire, though if you are we suggest looking for a place in SOMA–it just seems better for blood-sucking, sleepless types. For the rest of us some clever arranging of bed and living space will be necessary. Will it be worth it for a $1600 studio in Noe? Check out that kitchen again–yeah, we thought so.
