PLAY WITH PUPPIES
What: Trick Dog is hosting a Hair of the Dog puppy party and adoption event this weekend, supporting Northern California Family Dog Rescue and Muttville Senior Dog Rescue. Adoptable dogs from both organizations will be onsite, and guests are invited to bring their own dogs along for photos, treats and scratches! For the humans in the room, drink specials featuring Rutte Gin will be available.

The Making of A Mensch: Film Premiere
What: Emmy-nominated filmmaker and Webby Awards founder Tiffany Shlain’s films include Connected: An Autobiography about Love, Death & Technology and The Tribe: An unorthodox, unauthorized history of the Jewish people & the Barbie doll….in about 18 minutes. Her latest work, The Making of a Mensch, employs the great Jewish teachings of Mussar, which explore character development as far back as the 10th century.
