And the Winner Is…: San Francisco's Favorite Charities 2013 Check Presentation

7x7 and Pacific Gas & Electric honored the finalists of our annual search for San Francisco's Favorite Charities in the beautifully remodeled Biada Lounge of Sens Restaurant overlooking the Embarcadero.

Directors, presidents, members, supporters and friends from each of the beloved nonprofits—Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco, LEAP... Imagination in Learning, MickaCoo Pigeon & Dove Rescue, Minds Matter of San Francisco, The Princess Project, San Francisco and Marin Food Bank, and the San Francisco LGBT Community Center—were treated to complimentary beverages and a variety of bites from the delicious catering menu at Sens, and a great opportunity to network within the community.

PG&E's Vice-President of Community Relations, Ezra Garrett spoke about the Favorite Charities program and welcomed the directors, founders, and leaders from this year's finalists as they took the stage before presenting each category winner with a $2000.00 grant from PG&E. This year's top winner—The Princess Project—received a special grant for $10,000.00.
