One block from Dolores Park. Excuse me? One block from Dolores Park. Now that summer's starting up, do we really have to say anything more? If we must, this is a really beautiful studio located at 17th and Dolores (that one block from Dolores Park, by the way) with hardwood floors, separate kitchen with stainless steel appliances, French double doors, walk-in closet, and it allows cats. Even the exterior of the building looks nice, and you get a storage locker, to boot. Seriously, we can't find a catch. Maybe there's no bathroom? Perhaps an angry monkey lives in the closet? We'll leave those discoveries up to you. The apartment is available for viewing Monday through Friday from 9:30 to 5pm, and Saturday from 10 to 1pm.
