Wedding Inspiration: An Eclectic Party in Corona Heights Park

From the bride's purple dress to the West African balafon music played at the reception, Kate and Dennis' wedding was a truly unique fete.

From the ceremony, the guests were ushered to the top of Corona Heights Park for gorgeous views of the city, and then on to the University Club, where the reception proved to be a real party: Kate's family sang “Our House" to cement the union, Dennis' brother used a line from Prince in his speech, and the vows included a moment of silence to contemplate nature. And then, as a surprise to everyone but the couple, a brass band burst into the space and led the guests downstairs to dance the night away.
