Eat your heart out: BottleRock's 2020 food + drink lineup has dropped

By

Tickets to BottleRock's May 2020 music festival sold out in a Red Hot Chili Peppers minute (other headliners include Dave Matthews Band and Stevie Nicks), and now that the culinary lineup has dropped, and the eats and drinks are expectedly befitting a chichi Wine Country event, everyone who didn't get tix will be salivating with FOMO.

Meanwhile, on-top-of-it ticket holders are ready to rub it in with $60 baskets of Ad Hoc's buttermilk fried chicken.

More than 30 beloved local vendors will be serving up every type of cuisine imaginable with vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options too.

If you're going all in with the festival three-day pass and plan to heartily partake of all the JaM Cellars wine pours, you'll want to look out for Morimoto Napa's stick-to-your-ribs sticky pork ribs, La Calenda's tacos and elote, the iconic Gerard's Paella, and beer can chicken and beef brisket sandos from Bounty Hunter Wine Bar & Smokin' BBQ.

But if that doesn't suit your fancy, rest assured there will be plenty healthy-ish eats, including organic salads from The Farmer's Wife and hummus and veggie-filled dishes from Tarla Mediterranean Bar + Grill.

No festival feast would be complete without sweets. The dessert lineup includes Kara's Cupcakes, Mariposa Ice Cream, and Boon Fly Cafe's signature donuts.

Stay tuned for details on the celeb-chef mashups at the returning Williams-Sonoma Culinary Stage.

Of course this is Wine Country, so get ready for all the wine. In addition to pours from BottleRock sponsor JaM Cellars, which will also bring back its intimate performance space the JaMPad, other nearby wineries participating are first rate: Blackbird Vineyards, The Prisoner, Peju, Schramsberg, Duckhorn, and Sterling Vineyards—the list goes on. Platinum Experience ballers will have access to rare pours selected by master somms.

When your wine headache kicks in, keep your energy up with Illy Coffees. A slew of craft beers will also be available from such local favorites as Fort Point, Lagunitas, and Barrel Brothers. Cocktail bars will be well stocked with spirits including Ketel One Vodka, Don Julio Tequila, Hendricks Gin, and the drink of summer: the Aperol spritz.

While GA and VIP tickets are sold out on BottleRock's official website, you've got until May 22nd—aka day one of the festival—to try and score tix.
