We're feeling a little post-festival depression, coming off of a whirlwind week of Noise Pop.  So the announcement of this year's Outside Lands dates comes at a perfect time.  The festival, which was a huge success last summer (minus the dirth of cabs) is going down this August 28 - 30 in Golden Gate Park.  Mark your calendars.  The festival will once again benefit the San Francisco's Recreation and Park Department, which could use a little boost these days.
