James Perse, Opens Mon., 2028 Fillmore St.: Stock up on stylish essentials (including their activewear line, Yosemite) at the LA-based company's brand new outpost in the heart of Pac Heights. Oh, and they're celebrating their new digs by tossing in a free gift with purchase this week.

The Common, Opens Thurs., 1077 Mission St.: Shop painstakingly curated clothing and accessories for both sexes, artisanal foods, music and art under one roof at this just-opened SoMa concept shop founded by the men behind Taylor Stitch along with DNA.Bonus: grab a bite and a cup of Four Barrel at their adjoining cafe.

Sip & Shop, Thurs. from 6-9 p.m., 679 Sutter St., Free: Stop by Sugar Cafe on your way home for cocktails and up to 70% off Black Halo, Tracy Reese and William Rast.

Red Tie Launch Party, Thurs. from 6-9 p.m., 417 Stockton St., $30: Toss on your little red dress and head to The Burritt Room for gratis Skyy cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, live tunes and a collection of wearable sculpture from AAU fashion students.P.S. The event is free for Red Tie Gala ticket holders.

This Old Bag, Fri. from 6:30-9:30 p.m., 125 3rd St., $125: Bid on new and vintage bags donated by designers, retailers and celebrities (Evangeline Lilly, Virginia Madsen, etc.) at this annual Breast Cancer Emergency Fund fundraiser at the St. Regis.

Swap SF, Sat. from 12-3 p.m., 119 Utah St., $6 with clothes to swap, $11 for the empty-handed: After a two-year hiatus, the massive clothing swap is back and better than ever with a bigger venue (Mighty), drink specials and all the free clothes you can haul out.Proceeds benefit local charities.

Capsule Festival, Sun., from 11 a.m.-6 p.m., Hayes Valley Park, Free: Peruse indie clothing, jewelry, accessories, home decor and other assorted treasures from 130 vendors at this Hayes Valley festival dedicated to all things design.
