Ever heard of Pecha Kucha? The event, originating in Tokyo and Japanese for "to chat", aims to bring together designers from all sorts of disciplines in order to share their work and get inspired. There's usually about nine to twelve presenters per evening, and here's the catch: each one is limited to showing 20 slides at 20 seconds a piece, to keep things moving. You can check out the Pecha Kucha site for tonight's list of presenters, and for details on how to sign up to show your work at the next event. But you don't have to present to get involved, simply stop by and take in all the design-y goodness being shared. Pecha Kucha is tonight, starting at 8:20 at 330 Ritch, located at 330 Ritch Street (at Townshend).
