Super Bowl LX is headed back to the Golden State, with the San Francisco 49ers playing host just a decade after Levi’s Stadium’s inaugural event, Super Bowl 50.
While Santa Clara is home to the big game (participating teams yet to be determined), San Francisco is offering plenty of its own SB-related fanfare, partnering with the NFL to bring a week’s worth of football frenzy to the City by the Bay.

The Other Big Game
While the Super Bowl is undoubtedly the biggest game of the month—and maybe even the year—in the Bay Area, the NFL Pro Bowl is another draw for fans. The AFC versus NFC showdown includes the best-of-the-best of those not headed to the Super Bowl. The flag football game that’s more fun than fierce will be held at Moscone Center South Building (747 Howard St., SoMa) and broadcast on YouTube on February 7th.
In the days leading up to the main event, the athletes will play the 2026 Pro Bowl Games at the same place on February 3rd. Those watching from home will find the event on ESPN, ESPN Deportes, and Disney XD beginning at 3:30pm.
Kickoff
The official Super Bowl week kickoff will take place at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center (150 W. San Carlos St.). Both the AFC and NFC champions will be in attendance, just days before their gridiron showdown. It’s the only public appearance planned for either team before they tuck themselves away to practice and prepare for Sunday.
There will be two back-to-back viewings for the event, one hosted by the NFC champion and the other by the AFC’s top contender. If you want to go, sign up with NFL OnePass and show up early; attendance is available on a first-come, first-served basis, even if you registered in advance.
Fan Fest
February 3rd through 7th, the Moscone Center (both north and south buildings) will transform into a football lover’s paradise. The official Super Bowl Experience is a family-friendly fun center featuring meet-and-greets with current and legendary football players, an exclusive gear shop, and interactive games. Fans can take advantage of photo opportunities with players while grabbing their autographs, and snap a shot of all 59 Super Bowl rings and the Vince Lombardi Trophy. If you’re feeling amped for the big day, test your skills in a simulated 40-yard dash against virtual players. Get tickets at NFL OnePass.
While all of that is going down at Moscone Center, Yerba Buena Gardens (750 Howard St., SoMa) will host the BAHC Live! San Francisco Fan Zone. This section of Fan Fest takes a more regional approach, focusing on Bay Area technology and innovation. Sponsors will host a variety of activities and California chefs will bring world-class cuisine—plus, there will be plenty of live entertainment. These additional activities are included with admission to the NFL Super Bowl Experience.

Honoring the Best
Every year, NFL Honors celebrates the end of the season with a look at some of its biggest moments, players, coaches, and influence. The star-studded primetime award show will be held February 5th at the Palace of the Fine Arts (3301 Lyon St., Outer Richmond). Guests can enjoy live performances and special guest appearances throughout the evening. To see the event in person, you’ll need to secure tickets—which will be harder to come by. Search local platforms for special packages and deals. There is also an opportunity to be a part of the red carpet audience without access to the show itself.
The Bigger Picture
Football has had an impact on American culture in more arenas than simply sports. The culture surrounding it permeates art, music, fashion, and community and, to celebrate those crossovers, The Pearl (601 19th St., Mission) is hosting a four-day Culture Club, a quasi-members-only club for ticket holders.
The exclusive event will not only welcome speakers and the community to engage in meaningful conversations about the sport but also feature live performances, art installations, and brand collaborations with athletes, creators, and community members in attendance throughout the week.
The Soundtrack of the Week
San Francisco brought in some musical talent to up the ante on Super Bowl week—as if we needed more excitement. The Palace of the Fine Arts will host a special concert series by On Location with shows on both February 6th and 7th. Sting is slated to headline opening night of the series, followed by musical artists still TBD. While seeing the show is one thing, it wouldn’t be a Super Bowl event if there wasn’t an opportunity to mix and mingle with the talent. Purchase general admission tickets or treat yourself to a food-and-beverage or meet-and-greet package or even a private lounge space.
The Bill Graham Civic Auditorium (99 Grove St., Civic Center) will bring in its own musical guests February 5-7 as part of the BAHC Live! Concert Series. Expect to see country music great Chris Stapleton with special guest Sierra Ferrell on the 7th, along with other popular artists. Tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster, with a portion of the proceeds benefitting Tipping Point Community and the BAHC Foundation’s Bridge to Work program.

Food Frenzy
It wouldn’t be an SF event if food wasn’t part of the equation—and there will be multiple opportunities to grub local during Fan Fest.
Marriott Marquis (780 Mission St.) is hosting a celebratory, annual Super Bowl Breakfast on February 7th. During the meal, the Athletes in Action Bart Starr Award will be presented by Tony Dungy to a player who portrays leadership both on and off the field. Brent Jones will emcee, and several NFL legends and San Francisco 49ers general manager John Lynch will be in attendance.
The Hibernia (1 Jones St., Tenderloin) will also host the Taste of the NFL event on February 7th. NFL legends will be in attendance, alongside big-name chefs from the Bay Area and beyond (like, all over the country). A separate ticket is needed to attend this event, which will include food and drinks that represent the multicultural Bay. Proceeds benefit Genyouth.
Game Day
It all comes to a head on February 8th. The main event takes place at Levi’s Stadium (4900 Marie P. DeBartolo Way) in Santa Clara for the 10-year anniversary of its first Super Bowl hosting. Those lucky enough to be in attendance can enjoy pregame festivities and see the Halftime Show live, headlined by Bad Bunny. Kickoff starts at 3:30pm.
